Change the JIRA Contact Administrator Form

Hi,

I want to change the addressee from the Default Contact Side Administrators Form, but it isn't possible.

Is it possible to change the Default Contact Site Administrators completely? I mean to change the complete html.

It also works for JIRA 6.4?

It looks like that would still work, though I have not tested it.
