Where can you modify the Forgot Password email template in Jira 5.0.2?

We're implementing Crowd but want to still allow users to access the Jira UI to reset password. However we have set password complexity in Crowd which doesn't get reflected back to the user when using the Jira 'forgot password' function, so we want to notify users of password complexity requirement in the email generated by Jira.
