What is meaning of resolution status "NOT RESOLVED" ?

Hi Paras - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This basically means that the Resolution field has no value. And therefore, the issue is unresolved. If you are moving Issues to a Done status and not setting the Resolution field with a value using a post function in your workflow, then you need to do that.
