What all the Jira issue types and definitions?

I am trying to find the definitive list of all Jira issue types and their description/definition.

New Feature

If you have Service Management it should be

Service Request
IT Help
Service Request with Approvals
Task
Sub-task
Incident

Problem

I only want to know the out of the box, predefined issues type and definitions. It seems I don't have access to Admin Menu > Issues > Issue Type.

For both reason I am looking for a documented list which I can't find.

Hi @John Berger

A JIRA Administrator can create any Issue Type in the instance he is admin of. The exhaustive list of issue type available on your JIRA instance is available in the Admin Menu > Issues > Issue Type.
