No permite adjuntar archivos

Jira Service Desk V 4.13.20

Me esta apareciendo este error cuando intento adjuntar un archivo a un caso:

File "image-2024-04-08-23-02-45-052.png" was not uploaded

An error occured while attaching image-2024-04-08-23-02-45-052.png: Could not save attachment data from stream.

Como podría solucionarlo?

Is this from within the Agent view, or the Customer Portal? And is the user this is happening for an agent/internal user, or a customer?

One simple check you can do is to check this user's permissions - because the Attachment field can be visible in the portal, but they might not have permission to add an attachment.

To check this...

1. Go to Project Settings > Permissions
2. Check Customers (via the Project Role), or whichever role this user has, have access to "Create Attachments"

You could also try a smaller file, just in case the attachment is larger than the file size limit?

You can also check these settings here:

1. Go to Jira Administration (cog icon in top-right) > System
2. Select Attachments from the left-hand menu
3. Check the Attachment Size limit, and modify if necessary
