Is it possible to integrate a Jira Workspace Board with Facebook Lead Ads?

I'm using the Lead Tracking Board template within the Jira Workspace and need to find a way to integrate it with Facebook Lead Ads so that new leads are copied automatically onto the "opportunity" column of the board.

Is this possible?
