I get to the second to last setp and the next button is greyed out.
Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing on the final step? From my past experience, once you've entered values for all the open fields - these are the values required by the workflow you chose to use in Jira, you should be able to submit the import and see your issues within Jira.
