Jira Down with error

Jira is down and we are getting error as below.

HTTP Status 500 - com.opensymphony.module.propertyset.PropertyImplementationException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT propertyvalue FROM dbo.propertystring WHERE ID=? (Time-out occurred while waiting for buffer latch type 2 for page (1:794093), database ID 11.)
