Why aren't story points exporting to Excel?

When exporting from Jira Structure to Excel, the export loses some information from the Structure. Specifically, the Structure (named 'SysEng Structure') has columns that roll up story points from all of the layers below. The story point values are lost when I export to Excel. The columns use Formulas to show completed vs. remaining story points, so perhaps these larger calculations don't export. I've attached an image which shows these columns. The columns are named 'Pts Complete (Dev)' and 'Pts Complete (IV&V)'.
