No Alerts During the Night

Hi,
I am trying to create a policy that alerts won't be created during 22:00-08:00 unless there are 5 or more alert during a window of 20 minutes.

How can I accomplish this?

Hey Tomer, Alan from the Opsgenie Support team here.

While this won't prevent the alerts from being created entirely, you could set up a team Notification Policy to delay/suppress notifications until the alert has occured 5 times in a time interval of 20 minutes, something like this:

Using the "Restrict to time intervals" option should get you the result you want.
