How to fix cards on the agile board that stretch over every column

I looked about the above problem and received the cause:

The problem now is that  I don't see Administration and my Jira board administrator also does not see Administration, how do I find out who has this access and how do I get it myself?

Cause

The indexes are corrupted. 

Resolution

Run a re-index via Administration >> System >> Advanced >> Indexing

You will need to reach out to the Jira Application or Jira System Administrators.

If you don't know who those people are, some people you can reach out to would be:

1. The person who granted you access to Jira, or told you your access had been granted.
2. The person created the Jira project in which you work.
3. The technical support team for the company that owns the Jira system in which you work.
