Is it possible to retrieve Page ID, Page Title, and Page Tiny link

I would like to run an excel spreadsheet report with the following columns:  Page ID number, Page Title, and Page Tiny Link.    We are running the Confluence Wiki (V5.8.14) on a MySQL database, which I have read access to.  If I could capture if a Page is the Home page of a Space that would be an added bonus!

Not sure exactly what you want to do with the spreadsheet, but I often see people trying to use tools outside of Confluence that can be more easily resolved inside of Confluence. I have used the customware reporting plugin to generate sophisticated spreadsheet like reports within Confluence. Takes some work to set up and to figure out the correct key sequence, but works well for this type of thing.
