The latest Conflunce Server releases aren't available in Docker Hub despite being released about a week ago.

I'm specifically looking for the v8.5.7 LTS release for the server edition which should be published in the repo I posted above.
OK, looking at the README it looks like this repo is fine for server edition LTS?
That said this isn't a great time to break the Confluence Server LTS Docker repo.
The docker repository atlassian/confluence-server has stopped receiving any updates after Feb 15, 2024, which is server EOL.
Going forward you can use atlassian/confluence which has been identical to the server one all the time till Feb 15.
