I need to find out who our system Administrator is.

I am new to the business and have been given the task of controlling the Trello platform. However we don't know who the administrator is on the system with someone leaving over a year ago that could have been that person.

How can this be changed so I and the company director become the administrators going forward?

Hi Andrew, 

Kindly find the below solution and let me know if it works.

1.) Navigate to Administration by clicking 3X3 dots, check who all are the admins, and try to reach them for admin access.

2.) Reach Trello support, and they will help to gain the account and resume administrative control and transfer ownership.
