@Balakrishna Elluri  check if the automation does not pertain to an archived project or a project that does not exist?

Has the rule already been saved once? Are you trying to save a rule after updating up?

Is the person receiving the error message the same person specified as the rule actor?

Have you used the Permissions Helper to confirm the required permissions are assigned available to the rule actor and the person trying to save the rule (if those are different people)?

I found this KB that mentions the same error message, though different permission, and details steps to determine the root cause.

It's a single project, other rules are working fine expect one rule.

Rule actor is project admin who created the rule.

Create Issue permission granted to Project admin,developers and users under this project
