After upgrading to JIRA 7, I found the following message in the logfile: "You are using an unsupported postgres72 collation: English_United States.1252...". I found several issues on this topic, but none of them is clear about the "English_United States.1252" collation on Windows. Do I have to change the database collation for JIRA 7 or is this a wrong error message?
