How to remove duplicated "expand panel" links on expanding panels?

I have a page with various expanding panels, each is separate on the page from the other panels. Somehow, after multiple user edits, each of the panels shows the link for "Expand Panel" three times on the right side of all panels on the page. 

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Hi @Lisa Steffen ~ I'm not familiar with an Expand Panel macro but have you found those links / macro in edit mode of that page?  Can you remove them while in edit mode?
