Workforce management/resource planning

Question

Hey,
I'm looking for an application for Jira in the area of staff scheduling. Through this app, I want to do staff scheduling for a long time in advance. I want to plan the staff deployment for different tasks of the respective employees and track the time taken. Any recommendations?

Hi @Onur Cevik

If you are looking for some alternative apps, I can recommend you ActivityTimeline.

The app seamlessly synchronizes with Jira, so you can assign and track existing Jira tasks or create new ones directly from the main dashboard.

Get a clear picture of your team’s utilization and spot any potential bottlenecks to ensure a streamlined work process.

Please let me know if you have some specific questions or book a free demo session with out customer cusses manager.

Hi @Onur Cevik ,

Not sure if it'll meet all your requirements, but you can try Jira Work Management - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/work-management

It's pretty comprehensive and has at least some of the features you've mentioned above.

Hope that helps!
