Jira Admin - How to find out the total number of created issues, workflows, forms etc

Dear Jira Administration Experts,

My manager would like to receive a summary of our Jira usage, including data storage metrics and the counts of forms, issues, workflows, and email automations etc. Where can I find this information?

when I use above one I am not getting total number of workflows I  mean it not showing count. It getting all the workflows we are using in jira. Please assist.

The above answer works for Data Center but not for Cloud. Most Cloud stats can be found without a plug in and requires API calls and understanding the JSON response you get from the API calls.  I will specifically address each of the examples you gave:

*  data storage metrics:  good overview showing number of projects, issues count, storage, users, groups, customers, and user-installed apps does not require API calls. The url is https://your-domain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/migration/home
*  counts of forms (assume you mean issue types): https://your-domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/latest/issuetype.  This API yields all the issuetypes on your cloud so you can save the output into a JSON file and count the number of entries
* issues: see https://your-domain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/migration/home
* workflows: https://your-domain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/workflow/search gives the total number of workflows in the "total": parameter
* email automations: I don't know how to get this information easily via API calls.  All your automations (enabled and disabled) are listed https://your-domain.atlassian.net/jira/settings/automation
