We are facing the issue connectivity from Jira to Confluence

1.While trying to use jira reports we are facing the issue
Your confluence has not been configured to connect to Jira. Click here
<https://cisas-val.eu-v.airbus-v.corp:8843/1V32_confluence/admin/listapplicationlinks.action>to
set your connection.

2.On Jira
here is a way to see that Confluence to Jira connection is not configured so
not operational
configure the connection but the URL is not correct (SSO one) and it is not
valid one

we need to achieve below but we use reverse proxy
