Tasks didn't carry over when card was copied

Hello! I copied my card from the day before and none of the tasks moved over. I didn't notice until after I had deleted the tasks I didn't complete the day before. How do I recover those tasks? Thanks!

What do you mean by tasks - checklists?

I guess I should say an Item
