i create some Project, i want to put permission, some user can not Show some Project,i do not want all user see all Project details.
how can i do this.

I'm not sure I completely understood your request, but only users with the 'Browse Project' project permission will be able to see the project.
So in the Administration » Projects » "Your Project" screen you can change both the 'Roles' and 'Permissions' tab accordingly to restrict which users can see which projects.
