FAQ About Page Moves
Q: Will anything change or be deleted from my page after the move?
A: Moving your page does not affect your subscribers, incidents, maintenances, Activity log, or any other data internal to the page. The only things that will need to be updated are the following:
Q: When we added Statuspage to our main account we created a “temp” page. Will the migration overwrite this dummy page, or will both pages coexist in the same Statuspage account?
A: They will coexist, you'll see 2 pages under your new Statuspage product. You can always delete the “temp” page after the page move is completed.
Q: Post-migration, will the old Atlassian organization remain or will it be deleted once the page is migrated out of it ?
A: It will remain, however, it can be deleted at any time if there is no longer a need for it, depending if you have other products in that organization.
Q: Post-migration, will the page we moved be accessible instantly or will there be some down time?
A: This will depend on how you were paying for the page initially, whether that is via credit card or invoice. We will provide you more information for your specific case in your support ticket.
