Design decisions

I'm looking to create a design decisions log on confluence. Is there a way i can create a log on Confluence with similar functionalities to excel SharePoint? where i can filter Tabs etc

If you're on Confluence Cloud, you can try Databases - it's a new Confluence feature and people are being creative with how they use it.
