Unexpected HTML Format Response from Confluence 7.13.7 API

I am currently using Confluence version 7.13.7 and have encountered an issue when making API requests. Instead of receiving the expected JSON format, I am getting responses in HTML format. Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the cause, and how can I resolve it to receive JSON responses?

please could you provide more information about what api are you referring and how you use it?
