Error after importing data in JIRA

Question

Hi I have installed JIRA 4.4.1 and configured it with MySQL. After I import xml file in the new JIRA, the import is successful, but I get the following error on login. The Gadget Dashboard bundled plugin is not available. To ensure the Gadget Dashboard plugin is enabled, please contact your JIRA administrators. Perhaps you need to log in to see the page. If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators. Require some inputs on this issue.
