Good day. We would like to explore Atlassian Intelligence for Confluence however would like to restrict its access to certain non sensitive spaces. Is this possible?
Hi @Anika Virgo
As far as I know, it is not (yet) possible to restrict Atlassian Intelligence to certain Confluence spaces, only to certain Atlassian products.
However, Atlassian Intelligence respects existing permissions as stated here (last question on the page). Therefore, your users won't see sensitive content through Atlassian Intelligence if the space and page permissions are correctly set.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for this information @Michel Neeser
@Anika Virgo Glad I could help! Please consider accepting the answer, maybe it is helpful for others as well. Thank you!
Is it true that Atlassian Intelligence sends data worldwide to be processed? The plug-in seems to be an all-or-nothing thing for each product. Our Security team said they could consider enabling it for only one project, but it has to be turned on at the product level (Jira, Confluence etc).”
It would really be helpful if Atlassian Intelligence could be restricted to certain spaces. The existing permissions in our tenant leave something to be desired and the cleanup effort would be substantial so we cannot currently turn on the AI feature.
