Task assignee changes when moved to "In Progress"

We just found a very annoying behaviour in Work Managemnet

1. Pick a task from ToDo/Backlog and drag it to In Progress column.
2. After few seconds card is assigned to you, regardless on whom it was assigned in ToDo column.

Has JIRA Work Management Board always behaved this way and is there a way to disable it?

Are you the project Admin?

I tested the steps in my site and couldn't reproduce the behaviour. Could it be that some Admin created an Automation rule to set the Assignee on Status change?

Yep, I'm site admin and double checked to make sure we do not have any automation.

Also the Automation section on task itself does not show anything.

EDIT:
There were automation hiding in Global Automation rules after all.
I just managed somehow to miss that when looking for existing rules.
Weird that it did not show up in Recent Rule Runs though.
