The best option here is to raise a support ticket for Atlassian regarding this question.

Raising a support ticket with Atlassian would be pointless, since it's not their responsibility to make that third party vendor's products work with Jira Server / DC, it's the vendor's responsibility.

If you have a question about the products make by Elements, just ask them. Click the the button Contact Us on their website.
@[deleted]makes a good a point, but if they have a cloud instance they can mention their server one. I had a problem with a server instance and there were able to help.
But you do make a point that this is the question for the vendor.
