Due to Jira Plugin, system working slow.

Hi Team,

We have 1 plugin developed in Jira 8. It was working fine in Jira 8.

We just have upgraded the system to 9.4.12, and the project related to that custom field which we developed in plugin is working slow.

Like an example, other projects are taking 1-2 seconds to load on create screen and the particular project is taking 15-16 seconds to load create screen where we configured the custom field of plugin.

Hi @Vishal Petkar

It might be that your index is recreating itself, as you mentioned you just upgraded.

Otherwise check the logs when accessing an issue related to a field from that app.

Contact the vendor on this issue that you experience if you must.

We created that plugin.

Then look at the code of your app.

Could be that functionality you coded is replaced or set to deprecated.

You need to maintain you app in relation to changes done by Atlassian, vendor on the marketplace also have to take this into account

I think you should review the release notes from the version you have upgraded to and all in between versions, up to the version you upgraded from
