Error while generating files on step 2 in advance method to encrypt dbconfig password

I m able to run the command in step 1. When prompted for password I entered json object  and pressed return key.

However I m getting this error

java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: (Permission denied)

at com.atlassian.db.

This is resolved. install atlassian-secrets-cli-3.0.9.jar and move it to bin folder. This will fix the permission issue.
