I am getting this error in CCMA. The plugin can not be activated. I need this for the migration of the customer instance from server to cloud. The version of confluence and app is current.

The screenshot didn't upload - i guess you need to upload it via "insert photos" rather than copy paste it.
If you are an Atlassian partner you can open a Migration support ticket with the official Atlassian Support Team. They will be able to help you with any technical issues.
