List of Licensed Users

Greetings Atlassian Community!

I'm looking for a way to pull a list of licensed users, and can't find a simple way to do so. 
It seems the only option for this may be to query the MSSQL DB. Are there any MSSQL gurus out there with a quick and easy way to pull the name of only licensed users by last login?

I'm looking to do this for Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket. Any insight you may have is welcome and appreciated

Probably easier to export a list through the DB. You can view it through UI by viewing the groups that associated to the Jira license. Usually, it's Jira-user. However, if you want an exported list where you can manipulate and filter through something like excel, then it's probably better to do it through DB.
