No response from Solution Partner request

Hi,

My team has applied to join the Atlassian Solution Partner Program a few months ago. We have sent several follow-up emails, but unfortunately, have yet to receive any reply.

We are in the process of launching several Jira instances for our clients and need to get set up ASAP. Our company name and location: BPX.ai in the USA.

We would appreciate it if anyone in the community could check our application status.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We, the Community, mostly have no access to Atlassian systems, the best we can do is try to ask contacts within Atlassian about stuff (which is not something we want to do a lot), We have less information about your application than you do!

To join one of the partner programmes, you need to meet certain criteria. Atlassian tend to be really good at including new partners, but, in my opinion, not so good at telling others why they are not meeting their criteria.

We can't check your application status, you will need to talk to Atlassian (but I have flagged this for their consideration)

The name of the company is BPX.ai. The email would be mvinegra@bpx.ai.

I think the issue may be that we do not have Atlassian Accreditations, though we do have years of experience. Is it enough to just take the exams or do we have to go through the courses as well?

Hey Sam,

I was looking into the Program Requirements a bit more today and saw the following:

"New Partners enter the program in what we call an Access capacity. Access allows your team to complete the onboarding tasks required within your first 90 days as a Partner, leverage the information within the Partner Portal, and gain the needed sales and technical solution skills to progress to a higher program level."

If this is the case, I believe we should meet all other requirements.

Joining into this thread as we have the same situation. Our company, Bliss Media, recently applied to the Atlassian Solution Partner program but have not received communication on the status. The challenge for us is that we have a current client that is going to purchase several Atlassian products and I would love to get them a referral link from us for the products we are recommending.

I am joining this thread because we are also in the same situation. Our company, ValueIT, applied to the Atlassian Solution Partner program but has not received communication on its status despite our multiple reminders. We have several active Jira clients and we are on deals for which the client's purchases ask us for this partnership. I thank you in advance for your feedback
