When using automation Due date automations not work?

I'm adding a trigger "

1 hours after a card in list "Archive" is due, archive the card"when card due date and still more than 1 hour didn't archive but I active this action but not work well what is problem?

This has been an issue for some of my clients and I have seen a few reports on here.

First thing to try. Please change the automation below and see if that works.
