Hi there!

I was wondering if webhooks are available on free plans. I tried to follow this guide, but I saw that I don't have the ability to add integration in my setting page.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Only administrators are able to add new integrations to Opsgenie.

Are you an Instance Admin?
