Screens - Maximum number of fields per tab?

We've been having an unexplanable issue with one of our issue screens where whatever fields that are at the bottom of the screen configuration keep getting cut from the bottom and you can't see them when you view the screen.

It's only happening on one tab, where there are a lot of fields, and only the first 20 show. I've tried looking everywhere and I can't find any documentation anywhere saying there's a maximum.

Is there one, and is it configurable? If not, can anyone explain why this is happening?

There is no maximum limit. Are you sure there isn't a scrollbar that you can use to scroll down? If not, I would suspect that a plugin or customization that you have done is hiding those fields - probably due to a conflict with JIRA AUI/AJS.

Also, try on another browser after clearing the cache.
