Limitations on free account

I have an integration with Whatsup Gold. The alert has preconfigured text that it sends.  If I am using a free Opsgenie account, will there be any limitations with the text it is allowed to send?  Also, will my Whatsup integration stop working when my trial is over and it goes to a free acct?

Hey @Eric Hillman I am not able to verify your account, so as you are explaining, your Opsgenie instance now is not under a trial account, correct? It is on the free version?

You will face different types of limitations, as you can see here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/pricing

The free account has many features, but when it comes to Integrations, you will face text limitations.

If you open a ticket support with us, we can verify which trial you are using and provide you with the proper steps in order to continue using the features after your trial ends.
