hi,

How do I find jira tickets created by a certain in active user who is no longer with us?

 

 

I usually use the "reporter =" clause, but it's only working for active users. Very odd.

 

It would look something like this:

reporter = any_email_name_here order by created DESC

 

but it's not working for inactive users.

I found solution

 

you have to use 'email.com' in reporter clause
