Transition condition: value of user picker (single user) ~= Assignee

Question

I want to create a transition condition in a workflow. If value of custom field: User Picker (single user)

not equal "Assignee", transition will occur. How can we define this condition exactly?

* JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions
* ScriptRunner for JIRA

Both of them extend your workflow capabilities.

For example you could use a scripted condition with ScriptRunner.
