Is there a way to display Components as a matrixed list?

I have 2 general Component groups:

1. Regions
2. Services

 

I'd like to represent those in a 2-dimensional matrix with Services as the rows, and Regions as the columns.  This is instead of a linear list.  The idea is to save screen real-estate, and make it visually "cleaner" for consumers of the Statuspage.

Is this possible?  If so, how?
