Inability to Find "Test Case" and "Requirement" Ticket Types in New Project Creation

I am encountering an issue while creating a new project in Jira. The problem arises as I cannot find the "Test Case" and "Requirement" ticket types during the project creation process.

I have previously set up 2 projects where these ticket types were available. However, in this new project setup, they seem to be missing from the list of available ticket types.

When I added them via the project settings I still couldn't open the test case panel as I encouter a 500 - Server erro rA server side error has occurred. This error doesn't accure in the other projets.

If you go to the Projects > View All Projects page, what information is shown in the Type column for your new project?

The types of issues available depend on the type of project you created and the steps you  executed during the project creation process.

Also, are you working with a self hosted Jira product (Jira Server or Jira Data Center) or with the Jira Cloud (SaaS) product?

If your URL for the instance ends with .atlassian.net then you are working with Jira Cloud. Otherwise you are working with self-hosted Jira.
