Is there a way for slack to automatically generate a Jira issue?

Hi, 

 

I have set up notifications from Grafana that is outputted on slack. However, each time this occurs, I'd like a Jira bug to be created on the specified Jira Board. I know how to manually create a Jira issue directly from slack but would like this to automatically generate. Thank you
