Possible to have help text to the right of a text custom field?

Hello all,

My team wants to add a single line text custom field to their "Create" screen, but they also want to have "help text" to the right of this field.

We want to do this because we want to have the user enter the first part of an email, and then have help text with the "@domain.com" as help text behind it.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

That provides help text underneath of the field. But I'm trying to add help text to the right side of the field. See attached for a crude visual example of what I mean, where the "help text" I want is in red at the right side.

Hello, Good day. You can use the "description" in custom field.
