USER MANAGEMENT -> Users, select some user show blank Full name and Directory information.

When I put in specific user name in "Filter users" box in USER MANAGEMENT -> Users menu, the "Username", "Login details", "Group name", "Applications" show the information but "Full name" and "Directory" is blank.

On the Crowd,

This users shows "Name", "Username", "Email", "Directory" information and "Status" is "ACTIVE"

What is the root cause of this problem and how can I fix it?

and here is a workaround to flush all caches in Jira through the REST API:

curl -X DELETE -u username:password http://jira.domain.com/rest/internal/1.0/cache/app
