Listner doesn't fire when creating a task

Hi! I have a custom listner that looks at creating a task in the Payments project. It fills the TeamView custom field with the group that the task creator is a member of. This field is filled out under a special account that has editing rights. The problem is that when a task is created in a project by people from the reception group, the listner does not work, but if any other user creates it, everything works without errors. The logs contain records about the creation of the task and the successful or unsuccessful completion of the field, but when created by people from the reception, the logs are completely absent, as if the listner does not see the event. Do you have any ideas why this could be happening?

When a task is edited, nothing happens, no logs are written. But I was able to identify the problem why the listner did not work. The problem was that in the post-function on the create the Issue Created Event was muted

Hello, Good day. I believe you have created an automation rule to edit the custom field when the issue is created. When the issue is not edited, is there any entry in automation log ?
