Can not display fields related Epic in Custom Fields

Question

Hi guys,

Suddenly my production environment is not showing epic-related information fields including Epic Color, Epic Link, Epic Name, Epic Status
While the test environment remains fully visible

Please help me check.

Beside Epic color you can click on (....)

select Associate to screen

next you can search the screen name

Thanks for your response but I can't find these fields in Jira now so, I can't add them to any screen. While I used normally before that.

first of all you need to check whether that fields are associated with the project or not.

and also check whether you have added that fields in the required screen or not.
