Do bitbucket api for POST request-changes still up-to-date?

from this reference api: The Bitbucket Cloud REST API (atlassian.com) (the pictures below)

I try to use this api url in my bitbucket-pipelines.yml and when I ran the pipeline I got the response like this

FYI: I have already solved this problem. It is because the url that I have wrote it is under single quote so solution is change it to double quote.

If the admin have seen this you can delete it. Thx.
