How to use Lookup Asset object in Automations for User Attribut?

Hi,

we have an actual problem:

We have an objectType in Assets that includes all employees with a few attributes. One of the abttributes is the supervisor as a user attribute.

Furthermore we have a customfield with the type "Assets readonly object" which shows the reporters employee object.

Now we want to build an automation that automatically fills the Request participant with the Supervisor attribute.

I have tried the following:

But it does not work an I've got an error message:

Do you have any idea about that?

Hello @Kaja Iske,

 

Do you retrieve the attribute from issue's custom field?

If that's the case you can try with {{custom_field_name.Supervisor}} to get the "Supervisor" attribute value.

For example if your custom field name is "Employee", try with {{Employee.Supervisor}}.
