John M_2hpypf

Local Numbers for Global Reach

• Opsgenie supports incoming call integrations for businesses globally.
• Non-U.S. businesses can provide local numbers for their customers. Check the supported countries.

U.S. Number Integration

• Add U.S. numbers directly in the Opsgenie app. Note: Number selection is random.
• For specific U.S. area codes and regions, contact Opsgenie support via in-app chat.

Regulatory Documentation for Non-U.S. Countries

• Non-U.S. numbers may require regulatory documentation for Twilio, our telecom provider.
• Documentation varies by country and number type (local or toll-free).
• Find required documentation at Twilio's regulatory guidelines.
• Submit documents via Opsgenie support chat or create a ticket.
• Review process: 2-6 weeks (often faster).
• Post-approval: Support will add the number and notify you. Future numbers for the same country can be added more easily.

Pricing Details

• Standard and Enterprise plans: 1 number included.
• Additional numbers: $10/month.
• U.S. and Canada: First 100 minutes free, then $0.10/minute.
• International calls: $0.35/minute.
